Q: I've deleted a file on my M: drive - can you get it back?

Q: When will my printer credit purchase be added to my printer credits account?

Answer:

Printing credits can be bought online or using cash through payment stations. You can check your current printing account balance at https://myprint.leeds.ac.uk/portal.

Online purchases should be made at  http://printcred.leeds.ac.uk:8080/pcred/index.html.  There may be small delays while the transaction is authorised by your bank or credit card company.  An email confirming the number of credits added to your account will be sent to your University email address as soon as the transaction has been authorised and your account will be credited immediately afterwards.

Cash payment stations are available in the Edward Boyle Library Learning Centre Level 11, or in the Help Desk on Level 10 above the Edward Boyle Library entrance. Cash purchases are added to your printing account immediately.  Payment stations accept £10 or £5 notes and £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 10p and 5p coins.

If you believe your printer credit balance has not been updated correctly, please contact the Help Desk in person, by phone on 0113 343 3333 or by email at helpdesk@leeds.ac.uk.
