Q: I've deleted a file on my M: drive - can you get it back?

Q: Why does my card not work in the printer credit machines?

Answer:

If you have attempted to buy printing credits from a payment station and the card is not recognised your card may be faulty.  If you bring your card to the ISS Help Desk, on level 10, above the Edward Boyle Library main entrance we will check the card for you.

If you need to credit your account urgently then we can take cash and credit your account for you. 

If your card is faulty or broken, you will need to take it to the Central Student Administration offices on the ground floor of the Ziff Building, to be replaced or reprogrammed.  

Q: What do I do if a printer has jammed, or run out of paper or ink?
