Q: I've deleted a file on my M: drive - can you get it back?

Answer:

If there is no member of the ISS Cluster Team in the cluster office, make a note of the printer number (eg. PS27 or CP4) and then ring the Help Desk, on 33333 from the nearest cluster phone. They should then be able to send out a member of staff from the Cluster Team who can check and restock the machine.
