Step by Step for Employees/Managers

Raise request for an SAP Account

  • Go to the SAM homepage at https://uolr3.leeds.ac.uk/sam
  • Click on the  'applicant'  link.
  • Enter employee number or select search.
  • Select the appropriate approver.
  • Select the required role(s) and save.
  • Confirm  request is valid and submit (save).
  • A new SAP user account will be generated automatically when the request is approved by the SAP Approver and the applicant has attended the appropriate training.

Raise Request for New Role

  • Confirm  request is valid and submit (save).
