5.1. Requests for Access to Images

The Data Protection Act 1998 provides individuals with the right to access personal information about themselves, including CCTV images. All requests for access to images by individuals are to be directed to the University's Data Protection Officer.

5.2. Complaints and Enquiries

Complaints and enquiries about the operation of University CCTV installations are to be directed to the University Secretary in the first instance.
